Garden of the Gods is a virtual reality landscape meant to evoke the feeling of wandering among the rocky canyons and cliffs of the American Southwest.The colors and textures of the rock formations appear more man-made than natural and upon closer inspection the wanderer can see evidence of familiar imagery such as the ubiquitous red Target brand logo. In fact, the mountainous, rocky-looking forms are made of 3D scans of plastic shopping bags and scaled to geological proportions.
